Thailand?
The plan has gone from Engineering in Dubai to yacht crew in the Mediterranean to staying in Korea and now to possibly teaching in Thailand next year. My friend Dan from high school teaches there at an international school. He said he might be able to get me a job teaching various subjects starting at the end of next March. This falls right in line with when I will most likely be looking to work again, and living in Bangkok would be a trip so this is a very likely possibility. Nothing is set in stone yet, but this is the direction I am leaning today.

You missed some snow here...it actually stuck around for more than just 1 day...today was supposed to be a "big storm" but you know how the weather man predicts...it ended up raining and warming up by the afternoon. Hope all is well...Happy Holidays...and yes I did read your blog about Christmas :) Miss you!
It's dry and cold here. Bummer I missed "Winter Frenzy 2008".
Hey Tony!! Happy Day after Christmas! We are having a white one, and a bit cold, too. Had some minus temps earlier in the week, but around zero today. We are getting ready to go to a movie (will let you know if we liked it). The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Brad Pitt is the main character who is born at 80 and ages backwards. Sounds intriguing! Ruth, et al, have been with/without power all week and a couple feet of snow! Not at all the norm for Portland, eh? Any plans for New Year's? Meredith goes to PDX late the night of the 1st. She may be having some surgery done on her hip in the near future, no decisions yet. Lee's retirement is on hold til we make that decision!!
Check out Katy's blog, her belly is getting bigger :) Not much else. Hope this finds you healthy, wealthy (yea, right) and wise! Love you much, Auntie G
